Niniejszy artykuł opisuje założenia teoretyczne i konstrukcję narzędzia służącego do pomiaru struktury systemu psychoimmunologicznego. Przedstawiono konstrukty teoretyczne związane z systemem odporności psychicznej, następnie zintegrowano je w model teoretyczny i zoperacjonalizowano w postaci wersji pilotażowej Skali Struktury Psychoimmunologicznej (SSP). Wersją tą przebadano 375 osób dorosłych. Analiza głównych składowych wykazała, że SSP ma strukturę sześciowymiarową, zasadniczo zgodną z zakładanym modelem. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników skonstruowano eksperymentalną wersję SSP i stwierdzono jej dobre własności psychometryczne.

The paper describes the theoretical background and the development of a psychometric tool designed to measure the structure of the psychoimmunological system. Theoretical terms related to the psychoimmunological system were discussed, integrated into the theoretical model and operationalized as a pilot version of the Scale of Psychoimmunological Structure (SPS). 375 adults participated in the research. The Principal Component Analysis revealed that the SPS has six components and the theoretical model was generally confirmed. On the basis of the results of the study the experimental version of SPS was constructed and it’s preliminary psychometric characteristic was found as satisfactory.
